Shipping Policy
We use international express for worldwide order, We will not responsibility taxes, duties and customs clearance at your destination country. Please provide your entire shipping detail to us (Such as recipient name, full address, phone number, or any tax/duties id number, etc..). According to the import requirements of customs.
**We do not refund any charges induced by goods that are refused for delivery by customs, or any returned goods due to incompletely shipping detail.
Warranty
We are committed one-month warranty for all our frames. Please inform us via email ( cs@tidoueyewear.com), if you need repair service or replacement. Meanwhile, please provide the order number & frame photos to us. We will bear one time transportation fee for repair or replacement.
**This warranty shall not covered any damage caused by misuse, abuse, unsuitable physical , improper maintenance, or attempt to repair the frame yourself. **
